Resepi Kek Epal Mudah - Easy Apple Cake Recipe

Assalamualaikum

So this is super easy apple cake recipe. Just pour the ingredients except the flour mixture into the blender, blend it superfine. pour the mixture into the bowl, add flour into the mixture, mix it and voila! easy as abc!

Bahan-bahan 

1 biji buah epal

1 cawan minyak

2 cawan gula halus

3 biji telur

2 cawan tepung gandum*

1 sb baking powder* 

( *diayak bersama )

Cara-cara

1. Cuci buah epal,potong dan buang biji di tengah2. Potong kecil bersama kulitnya sekali.
2. Masukkan kedalam blender bersama,minyak,gula dan telur dan kisar hingga halus. 
3. Tuang bahan yang dikisar kedalam mangkuk.
4. Masukkan campuran tepung sedikit2 sambil dikacau sebati. 
5. Tuangkan adunan kedalam loyang yg beralas dan gris. 
6. Bakar pada suhu 150C selama 40 min hingga 1 jam atau hingga masak.
